Retreat Schedule

A three-day journey of nourishment, connection, and renewal — supporting women through the sacred transition of perimenopause with science-backed wisdom, movement, breath, and deep rest. Between our scheduled sessions, we will also have a guided walk through the farm and we encourage you to explore the Infrared sauna, ice baths and mineral pool for a game-changing experience of aliveness and vitality.

Day One: Arrival & Intention

From Resistance to Reverence

3:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome Ceremony
Settle into the peaceful surrounds of Wybalena Farm and begin our sacred circle with a warm welcome and opening ritual. We’ll introduce ourselves in a grounding sharing circle, followed by gentle Yin Yoga and Sound Bath to land fully in our bodies.

6:30 PM – Nourishing Dinner & Fire Ceremony
Enjoy your first gut-loving, low-carb meal prepared by our retreat chef, followed by a fire ceremony and talk on intention setting to begin honouring your inner Empress.

Day Two: Energy, Emotion, and Empowerment

Understanding the Changing Body

7:00 AM – Morning Movement: Pilates/Barre Fusion
Awaken the body with a beautiful blend of Pilates and barre designed for core strength, alignment, and hormonal vitality.

7:40 AM – Meditation & Guided Journaling
Drop inward with a quiet morning practice to reflect on what you’re releasing and reclaiming.

8:00 AM – Breakfast & Morning Talk: Understanding Hormone Therapy

Enjoy a high-protein, low-carb breakfast while exploring the science, safety, and options around body-identical hormone therapies.

11:30 AM – Transformational Breathwork Session
Let your body speak. This deep somatic practice allows the nervous system to reset and process emotions in a gentle, held space. We will use the mornings guided insight to release you from emotional blocks.

1:00 PM – Lunch & Educational Talk: Nutritional Support during Perimenopause

Dr Natasha Feingold will guide a discussion about the unique nutrition and metabolic needs of women in transition.

5:00 PM – Stress Reset: Guided Practice & Sound Bath
Release the day's energy with calming nervous system regulation practices followed by a soothing sound bath to enter a deeper state of rest.

6:30 PM – Dinner

8:00 PM – Evening Fire Ceremony: Harnessing Sexual Energy through Transition
A powerful, sacred space to reconnect with sensuality, creativity, and inner aliveness as you evolve into this next phase.

Day Three: Integration & Empowerment

From Princess to Empress

7:00 AM – Pilates/Barre Movement Practice
Wake up the body and feel your strength return.

7:40 AM – Morning Meditation and Integration Session

8:00 AM – Breakfast & Closing Lecture: “Becoming the Goddess”
A heartfelt closing session exploring the psychological and spiritual gifts of this life stage.
Together we’ll reflect on what we’re letting go of — resentment, shame, anger — and what we are stepping into: radiance, wisdom, and wholeness.
Facilitated by Dr Maria-Elena Lukeides.

10.30 AM - Sacred Dance Celebration & Closing Circle
End with movement, music, and joy as we integrate all that’s been awakened. Our retreat concludes with a final sacred circle and heartfelt goodbyes.
