The sleek complex has a shared living area, a freshwater infinity pool, outdoor cinema, treatment rooms and a yoga dome set within the lush gardens.
The immersive, multi-day retreat take you through a range of holistic sessions – from yoga, barre, infrared sauna, forest bathing and meditation to coaching and dharma talks and evidenced based practices from neuroscience and psychology.
